Billing Account

Create a New Billing Account

  1. Click “CRM” on homepage, then click “Clients”.

  1. Click “Billing Accounts” then, click “+Create New” and “Organization” buttons or “Add New Organization” button to create a new record.

  1. By clicking “Add New Organization” button, a line will be activated for data entry. You can easily fill the necessary fields and click the blue “Save Item” button at the beginning of the line.

  1. By clicking “Create New” button, the side panel is opened. Please fill the fields, especially the required ones with a red sign next to them. Once you filled the fields, click “Save & Close” button to save the record successfully.

  1. Also, there is another way to create a new billing account. Double Click on any Client card or Click “Open as a new tab”.

  1. When the client card is opened, click “+ Add New Organization” from the Contact Information panel.

  1. Fill the fields and click the button left side of the line to save the entry.

9. Once you save a record, click “Open in side panel” button on that contact, or just double click to edit.

10.After editing, please click “Save & Close” button to save your edit.
