What is Matter?
A Matter is essentially a case file for lawyers, where they can manage all the details related to a specific case.
Lawyers can view and edit these files as needed, similar to a client’s case record.
It serves as a central place for case management.
Create a New Matter
Click “Matters” on the main menu.
2.Click “+Create New” on the right, then click “Matter” buttons, or “Add New Matter” button to create a record.
3.Once the tab is opened, please fill the fields, especially the required ones with the red sign next to them such as in the billing information fieldset. Click the “Save & Close” button to save the entry.
Edit a Matter
4.To edit a matter, double click on the matter or click the “Open in modal window” button left on the line.
5.Edit the fields and click “Save & Close” button.
