CAP Fee (Amount);
BASIC INFORMATION : In this billing type, the maximum amount to be charged is fixed. For example, if CAP Fee is 2500$ and the work amount is 1000$, 1000$ is billed, but the work amount is 3500$, billed as 3500$.
Required Fields : If you choose CAP Fee (Amount) billing type, please select these required fields shown below. Choosing Hourly Rate Type as Rate List requires Hourly Rate List field to be filled either.
Also Contract Value/Hour field must be filled because of choosing the billing type as amount.
Choosing Hourly Rate Type as Blended Rate doesn’t require Hourly Rate List field to be filled, only Hourly Rate field and Contract Value/Hour field are enough.
Cap Fee (Hour);
BASIC INFORMATION : This billing type is applied only in One hour rate model.
If a 20-hour CAP is set, 16-hour work is = 16 X One-Hour Rate; if it is exceedes, whatever the CAP is billed.

Also Contract Value/Hour field must be filled because of choosing the billing type as amount.

Project Fee (Amount);
BASIC INFORMATION : In this billing type, billing is made according to the determined hourly rate/rate list.
Required Fields : If you choose Project Fee (Amount) billing type, please select these required fields shown below. Choosing Hourly Rate Type as Rate List requires Hourly Rate List field to be filled either.
Also Contract Value/Hour field must be filled because of choosing the billing type as amount.
Choosing Hourly Rate Type as Blended Rate doesn’t require Hourly Rate List field to be filled, only Hourly Rate field and Contract Value/Hour field are enough.
Project Fee (Hour);
BASIC INFORMATION : In this billing type, there is a fixed amount of hours to be charged. In case of exceeding the hour limit, if Cap Exceeding Rate>0, exceeding hour is multiplied with exceeding rate.

Retainer (Amount);
BASIC INFORMATION : Retainer Amount billing type is collecting the fee monthly or annual, depending on the agreement with the client.

Retainer (Hour);
BASIC INFORMATION : Retainer Hour billing type is collecting the fee based on a fixed hour determined in the agreeement with the client.

Standard Hourly;
BASIC INFORMATION : This billing method is “bill as you work”, the total work hours are multiplied with hourly rate.

Choosing Hourly Rate Type as Blended Rate doesn’t require Hourly Rate List field to be filled, only Hourly Rate field and Contract Value/Hour field are enough.
